Coda Financials - Operations Manual

Bit of a long shot ... but here goes.
I've recently joined a company which uses the following Coda products:

• CODA e-Assets V10.000.0760
• CODA-Framework V10.000.0760
• CODA-Financials Open for AS/400 DB2 V10.000.0760

I've searched high and low for any manuals relating to these product but with no luck, and I can't ask the vendor as we don't have a support agreement.
Does anyone have, or know where I can get, any manuals for these products please?
I'm specifically looking for information on how to end the jobs in a controlled manner as we're experiencing issues when they're ended via ENDJOB or ENDSBS.
