Who ran that program

Is there any way to determine WHO ran a program last, either through batch or menu driven?

I know it was last run yesterday and 20 times before that but I need to know WHO ran it last, if possible.

If it is a batch job you can find the job in the history log ( DSPLOG ).
If it updates files with logging and it saves the name of program that changed the data, you can find it there.
Otherwise you can only find it if some job logs with the application name is saved or other traces in the system are saved.
