Hello guys, we are trying to print something from the spool with a xerox phaser 3140 and it doesn't print. The spool file is AFPDS, it has an overlay with a graphical signature.
With another printer model (like the hp laserjet 1320, xerox phaser 5500, xerox phaser 3600 and lots others) it works fine.
The 3140 is not the only model that we have problems with. We have the same issue with the hp laserjet 1020.
Is there something we can do?
EDIT: i was wrong and the 3140 doesn' t support PCL
