    Some serious system messages appear in the QSYSOPR message queue in high intensity.

    How is this accomplished?

    I'm assuming that they just embed the display attribute character in the message. The hex value for highlight is x'22'.

        Nope, that didn't work.

        IBM doesn't allow anything to be that easy.
        There's got to be a overly complicated way to do it or it's only something they are allowed to do.
