Recover PRTF DDS ?

Is there any way to recover or reconstruct the DDS to a PRTF ?

I am not certain how pointing to the JCRCMDS library answer the question. I see no retrieve source for PRTF objects in the command library.

I don't see a utility for that either. But I did find an old version of the source code that I can use with a few tweaks.
