How can I convert a procedure definition that calls a java program to free format?

I'd like to convert this to free format but I am having problems figuring out how.
DgetNewRecepts PR O EXTPROC(*JAVA:

D CLASS(*JAVA:'java.lang.String')

DEnvironment O CLASS(*JAVA:'java.lang.String')

I tried this but it doesn't compile right:
dcl-pr getNewRecepts object(*JAVA:'java.lang.String')
EXTPROC(*JAVA:'Receptionists.RECEPT4Import':
'recept4Import' ) Static;
environment object(*JAVA:'java.lang.String') const;
end-pr;

Thanks so much for your reply!! I think I found the problem which was not related to this procedure definition.
