  • Subfile loading page at a time in subprocedure

    Hello guys,

I'm a new member of this forum. I know there are so many people who asked this before... well i'll just ask anyway...

Do you have any sample codes in page at a time loading in subfile that has beed coded in /free format? would really appreciate it if it's a subprocedure... (please also include the dds)

And also what would be the best logic to handle position to field in subfile? (i mean what is the best approach?)

    Thank you.

OH Cliffy.......this is not GOOD forum Edicate..
You shouldnt just ask for code.....

You attempt to write it yourself then if you run
into trouble you ask for help...

Also if you get it going please post the final solution so others
can just download from the forum.

So...... Post what you have so far!

Well, if you find the sample code in "fixed" and want "free" its only one click away! Just open the source in the RSE editor, "Click convert to free-form" and you are there ! (ok, almost there - There are a few lines that don't convert, but that should be easy to fix up)

I'm sure that Ms. Jamie wasn't offended. She's usually very willing to help those that show the effort needed to learn... isn't that right Ms. Jamie?

Tom, you sound like our Network people.

Us: Hey, something is wrong, we can't ping the AS400.
Nework Guys (NG): Is your machine up?
                    Us: Yes, its always up.
NG: Did the NIC card go bad?
Us: NIC cards NEVER go bad.
                    NG: Are you sure?
                    Us: YES!
NG: You should try replacing the ethernet cable.
                    Us: ???
                    .......
                    30 minutes later....

NG: Turns out a port on the switch was bad... who'd uh thunk it?
