    Apache Directive To Prestart Jobs and Call Program?

    Any time I restart an Apache web server on the IBM i, the first call processed by 1 of any of the pre-started jobs seems to process extremely slow. Is there an apache config that allows the server to call a program for each job started in a web server (to alleviate the slowness)?
