I know virtually nil about this malarky, and am posting on behalf ...
On page 2 of this file /qibm/ProdData/HTTPA/admin/conf/admin-ibm.conf we see some odd arabic characters, this was copied with my CCSID at 37, the system CCSID is 420, and we cannot get the Admin page top come up as character 13 on line 22 is not understood.
Has anyone had experience in setting this stuff up in alternate language environments and able to offer some advice ?
IBM docs say it will use the CCSID of the user/job starting the HTTPA service up, but it appears to be ignoring this and using some other CCSID and thereby mis-interpreting some characters.
