Is there a way to set the default CCSID of an IFS directory?
We have a web app that is copied to our IFS directory via a mapped drive and the robocopy command. The web app contains files that are have a UTF-8 encoding, but end up with a CCSID = 1252 when they are copied to the IFS. I then need to change the file ccsid back to 1208 using the chgatr command. Is it possible to define a default CCSID for an IFS directory?
