  • IFS Cleanup

We have a huge amount of IFS files, and need to find a way to identify & delete unneeded files.

Are there any good tools to analyze IFS to help identify what's in IFS ?

I don't know much about IFS, so any additional info , tips, links are appreciated.

It really depends on what criteria you want to apply to determine "unneeded".

A quick Google of "Clean up the IFS" reveals a number of articles and tools including this one https://www.mcpressonline.com/progra...-old-ifs-files

As I say it depends on what you want. In the past I have used the C-style APIs to process directories and determine the age of a file and delete it is more than X years old - etc. etc.
