ifs_object_statistics not on our 7.4 machine

I have other system "files" missing too.
Are there specific patches that need to be manually requested to get additional features of 7.4 ?
Did we do a "generic" 7.4 upgrade that didn't include all features ?

Frustrating to see documentation of things listed as released in 7.3 or 7.4 , but not on our machine.

Many of the latest additions to the database capabilities have been introduced in TRs and are applied via PTFs.

I would guess that when your upgrade was done they perhaps did not think to ensure the latest group PTFs were applied. This is critical for the database capabilities as well as new RPG features.
