Hi All:
I am trying to use the errrcdfile parameter in the cpyfrmimpf command without much success.
I have setup the error file as a source file and intentionally left the headers in the .csv file to spike errors in numeric fields.
The entire header record was placed in the error file. I was expecting only the numeric fields to be placed there.
Additionally I found truncation errors in the job log but none in the error file.
I have read the manual but apparently my IBM speak is not up to par.
Has anyone been able to use the error file to identify specifically which fields in which records are in error?
