WE upgrade a power 7 to Power 9 for a client. Both system have IBM i V7R2. The power 9 has Most recent PTFS. They have a slower Internet. the power 7 is able to send the emails with attachments just fine. The power 9 very consistently time-out at 5 minutes on the sending attachment and the email fails. if the file is smaller it works it is about 1.5MB PDF. I have tried changing every setting I can find!!! They use SMTP service via google. we have TSL configured and it works. I have attached sample SMTP log of timeout.
