RDi, is there a smarter way so the Outline doesn't live parse every time?

I'm an Outline addict. But everytime I open RDi, it re-"Live Parsing" the outline again. Wondering if t here's an option for it to just cache it if there's no change on the program unless I click the refresh button.

I tried disabling live parsing after text change and it also removed the text filter.
