No definitions of the two "Datasource" objects yet?
Although you said that your "Maps in Datastage all come from the same data source", the two logs that you showed to us said that there were two different datasource names. If they are the same datasources, why different names? Why not just use the same name in both cases? (I'm not sure how it's possible to use two names for a single ODBC datasource.)
But maybe you meant that the two 'datasources' have the same configurations and values. Still, we need to see what they look like.
Screenshots should be fine if it's not possible simply to copy/paste text.
