  • Hacking statistics

If you are a SECTCP user, you already know that every day your System i undergoes 30 to 50 FTP and Telnet attacks which are denied by SECTCP defenses.
You know that by looking at the client IP address denied connections recorded in SECTCP logs for FTP and Telnet.

The question is then if you know where those attempts come from.
    I believe you don't.
You would be very impressed finding out the geographic areas where those hackers are concentrated.
Once you know that, you can show graphs to your management and more easily get resources for your security plan.

A SECTCP-linked new utility, ESECTCP, is now available - to provide you with such information - from the easy400.net site.

Look at a live case demo, http://www.easy400.net/sectcpe .

Read the ESECTCP user manual, http://www.easy400.net/esectcp/html/page1.htm .
