Unwanted breakpoints

From time to to time when I am using the RDI debugger, breakpoints randomly appear in the program that I did not add in addition to the ones I have manually added by right clicking on the stmt# and selecting ADD/REMOVE BREAKPOINT. These random breakpoints do not respond to ADD/REMOVE BREAKPOINT. When I hover over it with the mouse pointer, it says .DEBUG CURRENT INSTRUCTION POINTER (line 70). I cannot get it to go away.





any ideas?
