IBM ACS Tab Setup not saving

Ever since I upgraded my HP laptop from Windows 10 to Windows 11 (God, what a mistake), my ACS Emulator no longer saves my preferred Tab Setup.

Every time I start up my ACS 1.1.9.4, I have to go into Tab Setup and set my preferences.
File | Save does not save it.

Why does my preferred Tab Setup not save anymore, and how can I save it?

Do you have permission to write in the folder where the preferences are stored?

It could be restricted after the upgrade.
