The English manual is now available for download and the DeskfIT v1.1 software from the Software Download Area.
DeskfIT v1.1 is a free Service Desk system built to complement ChangefIT from the non-IT user point of view. Users can create and track progress of their service request(s) real-time. While the v1.1 User Interface (UI) is 5250 green-screen enabled, it is planned that future releases will be web enabled. This will allow users to access DeskfIT via an intranet using their browser.
