New: Allow a source member to be checked out simultaneously to two different Environments. **Approved user request**
Upgrade: Project Enquiry - Facility to choose the type of date to select from (requested, started, status changed, etc.).
Upgrade: Task Enquiry - Facility to choose the type of date to select from (requested, started, promoted, etc.).
Upgrade: Validation on promotion submission list will issue a warning - not an error.
