The DeskfIT wiki has been updated and the DeskfIT v2.02 software is available from the Download Area.

  1. Bugfix: When choosing to sign-off a ticket, all the dependent projects are correctly signed-off, but the project status is left as 'A'.
  2. Bugfix: Under certain conditions, user cannot sign-off own ticket.
  3. Upgrade: Allow project number search on ticket enquiry.
    One can now optionally search by partial Environment and Project numbers.
