Retrieve deleted records from a physical file

Does anybody happen to have one of those utilities that will retrieve the deleted records in a physical file? Someone I know could use it right now. I used to have one, but that was several jobs ago and I couldn't put my hands on the code now to save my neck.

Thanks very much for the replies, fellows.

My contact told me that they resolved the problem. They had to restore from their backup and redo some work, but everything's copacetic now and a certain programmer learned an important lesson about the power of the SQL DELETE statement.
