Does CCSID affect Print File Output ?

We upgraded to a new version of software, but our AP Checks get a "Page break" under certain situations. One thing I noticed is the PRTF have different CCSID. Old is 28709. New, problem version is 37.

Would CCSID affect printer output ?

Now that I look, I don't see how CCSID gets assigned to PRTF. It's not in the compile or CHGPRTF options.
