Issue Report Printing in Dot Matrix Printer

Hi All,

I am printing the invoice(using office Letter Head) in Laser Printer with specific Top margin and bottom margin which has no issue.

But the same invoice is printing in Dot matrix printer i am getting some overlapping (on the header) in the second page.


Could you please suggest what could be the issue? How can i resolve it?

Not all printers print the same.

Had similar issue with one IBM Infoprint to another inforprint.

Do you have access to the CL and DDS for the printer file?

Have you checked for overflow ?

Hi Marc,

Overflow is fine. I am not facing any issue while printing in Laser printer.
