What's a conditional database ?
You can use OLE DB or DSN to connect to data base.

conditional means i want to export 70000 records only out of millions of record based on sql contition.

There are a couple of ODBC or OLE DB providers on the market that you can use to connect to DB2. One comes with iSeries Access for Windows. One I've tested in the past comes from HiT Software. Install one of these on your client, then use it to run SQL statements against the database tables.
