Can I Edit a Spool File ? Remove Page Breaks ?

We have some spool files that were created with a program that has a bug and created extra page breaks. Even if I fix the bugs, the jobs can not be re-run to get new spool files. Is there a way to edit existing spool files to remove specific page breaks ?
