Deleting Post or Attachments

Hi Guys,

I somehow attached a file to my post in error but I can't see any way of removing the attachment or even deleting the post. Can a seasoned veteran help me out as the HELP section really isn't helping ?

This forum is buggy. Somethings just don't work, or not consistently.
