  • Getting information about System Model, Total Memory, CPU Type/Model

    Dear experts,
recently I've got a free iSeries account and now I'd like to find some basic information about this system.
Especially I'm interested in knowing exactly which iSeries model I'm working on, how many memory (RAM) is installed and which CPU type is used and perhaps the CPU speed.

By now I've only managed to find out the OS/400 version using WRKLIC command.

Hope you can help me with this.

    Kind regards,
    AS400-AT

Have you asked the people that are hosting the free accounts ?

    DSPSYSVAL QMODEL
    DSPSYSVAL QPRCFEAT
    WRKSHRPOOL
    WRKSYSSTS

may also provide some info ...

      gcraill,
I did not ask the hoster... however thank you for your short and precise reply.
It definately showed me the information I was after. I'm not authorized to run WRKSYSSTS,
but DSPSYSSTS worked well. Thanks a lot!

      Best regards
