None of the supplied drivers work for the P2035n (*HP4 is the closest). Using the *HP4 I get the first page printed correctly then a garbage page with various characters printed on the first line, the iSeries WRKSPLF shows the outq file in a SND mode and no further printing. Documentation shows the emulation for the printer as PCL5E. I used RTVWSCST with *TRANSFORM *HP4 to get the source but have had no luck in making the correct changes. Has anyone had success with this model printer? Thanks much.

We print to Hp's all day, if I can shake off last nights drunk & make it in to work Ill post the config.I'm here to chew bubble gum and kick @#%@#%@#%.....and I'm all outta bubble gum !

Thanks Jamie - tried that along with *HP5SI. The issue remains the same. The report is sent to the printer and prints fine, but the status on the iSeries stays at SND and does not cycle to the next print job. Stupid putah!Comment

There is no issue printing to the unit on the LAN from Word, Excel, Outlook etc. When I release a job from the iSeries, it prints through the last page of the spool file and the status in the OUTQ for the released job stays as SND. Additional jobs do not print. After approx 2 minutes a garbage page (one header line prints with special characters and the iSeries domain name) prints.Comment

Is this printer by change connected wirelessly --- for example thru a SILEX box?

No, it's connected through a wired lan connection. I live in AZ but work in Rockford, IL. Commute up on Sundays and back on Thursday evening through MDW.Comment
