Re: partition shows CPU% over 100
I'd say for starters -- rewrite SNL004!

Re: partition shows CPU% over 100
First, what model is your 'box'? Then, how are your partitions configured for processor capacity/usage? And finally, is this creating a problem other than looking strange?
Maybe two years ago, we had a basic model 520 with a single partition with capped processor capacity. Yet under a particular circumstance, it would jump to almost 400% usage. We didn't particularly care except it was a test box for commercial software products, and we had one large customer who questioned the excessive CPU usage of that product feature. It took a couple months of testing for us to replicate the problem and get it to a point where IBM could examine it. (For us, we were kind of hoping we could find how to do it on purpose. It could have sped up various test suites a lot. But it needed to be reported.)
If your partitions are appropriately configured, you might have to get IBM's help in correcting the problem. Reviewing the partition configuration is much easier to start.Tom
There are only two hard things in Computer Science: cache invalidation, naming things and off-by-one errors.
Why is it that all of the instruments seeking intelligent life in the universe are pointed away from Earth?
