Creating virtual tape in user ASP

I created a user ASP and allocated drives. All looks OK. I can put libraries there. I have ASP1 (system) and ASP 2. Now I would like to create a virtual tape that uses ASP2. When trying to create the UDFS, I find that the QASP02 folder does not exist in \dev. Is this something I need to create? All I see is QASP01. If so, how do I create it?

Did you IPL after creating the ASP? If not the QASP02 directory will not be known to the IFS.
