    Re: last ipl date

Never mind, I have asked the System Operator and got the last IPL date.

I have found out that the Sys Operator Answer = QCTL joblog date is the same. That would be the last IPL date.

    Thanks...

Machine last IPLed : CALL QWCCRTEC
Try this and look at the right side of the hex dump.

Also, RCLSTG last run : dspdtaara qrclstg

          Re: last ipl date

          Hi greg:

Wrkactjob/find QINTER option 5(work with), option 1 (job status attributes)

          Entered system:
          Date . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . : 04/15/08
          Time . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . : 05:10:05
Qinter started at 5:10 on 4/15

This works with any subsystem started at IPL.

          Hope that helps

            Re: last ipl date

            Thanks all for the replies.

@GLS - We always end the QINTER subsystem without re IPLing the system (during End of Day process to prevent user from logging into the system while EOD is running ) so this would not work in our case because the date will be the start of the QINTER subsystem.

As i have posted. It would be the QCTL subsystem.

            Thanks,
            Greg

              Re: last ipl date

All of these may fail. The one that never fails is if you go to SST and work with LIC Logs and use a min and mac level of 0500
You will see there the entries for IPL.
You can also trust Machine last IPLed : CALL QWCCRTEC
              Anything else is BS.
