when i doing RSTOBJ command...i am getting 'Not authorized to command RSTOBJ in library *LIBL. '.........is there any way to execute the command

only if you have authority to submit the command as another user that does have authority to the command

Or, you get someone that has Admin rights to give you permission to run SAV/RST commands...

It's necessary to have the special authority *SAVSYS in your user profile to make save and restore
