  • problem with java configuration?

I have two iSeries systems a production system and a backup system, both on V5R3, both with 5722 JV1 installed. One has Developer kit 1.3 and 1.4, the other (production machine) has 1.3, 1.4 and 1.5 but I don't think this matters.

When I run java -version from QShell I get the same result on both machines java version "1.4.2"

I am trying to run the ajar -h command

When I go into QShell on my production machine, I type ajar -h and it brings up the help for the ajar command. When do it on the other machine it just brings up the $ prompt.

Can someone tell me what is mis-configured?
