Screen scrape a 5250

Hi, I want to write a VB app, then can read the current session screen to get some information.

Ya see, I need to fire off a process and this could be launched from many different screens.

I am not able to change the screens and applicaions (packaged software - no mods allowed).

Any thoughts?

Check out the COM objects available in iSeries Access. Documentation is available on IBM's web site in the Information Center under "What to connect with".
