Data from MS SQL server

I routinely pull data into SQL server from iSeries, but have never done this the other way round. Basically I want to copy a file from the SQL server and write it to the iSeries. This will need to be done in batch, as I will need to do it daily.

I am pretty sure it can be done with DTS, but as I am real green on that, I was looking for a simpler way.

Suggestions?
