PHP post limit

Hi
I am uploading data to one of report tool QBASE. All is fine except fields coming after 350 record length are getting zeroed out and data is blank in reporting tool.
Is there such post limit using PHP in AS400 (V5R3)?

Note: I am posting it using data base file (externally described/DDS) with 44 fields and all fields after 39 (351 record length) are getting zeroed out
