Does anyone have experience about deploying an RPG ILE web-service program with more than one operation on HTTPAdmin?

Sorry, What did you mean by "more than one operation"
do you mean many SOAP operation in one endpoint ? In case you have to create RPGLE service program with exported sub-procedures. all public(export) sub-procedures will be available in the "operation section" of wsdl file
