I thought Microsoft had migrated off their AS400's years ago?

I remember a presentation hold by Dr. Frank Soltis about 4 years ago, where he told Microsoft went off the AS/400 to use their own servers and operating systems in the end of the nineties, but about 2 years later they were back on the iSeries.
