    Caller: Hi, our printer is not working.
    HelpDesk: What is wrong with it?

    Caller : Mouse is jammed.
    HelpDesk: Mouse? Printers don't have a mouse!

    Caller: Mmmmm??.. Oh really?... I'll send a picture.
