iSphere for WDSCi 7.0 / RDP 8.0+

Hello *ALL,

there is a new version of iSphere ready for download on our homepage at www.taskforce-it.de. It contains just a fix.

When comparing two members with the Compare/Merge Editor and trying to save the left member after changing it an error occurs in RDP 8.5 and RDi 9.0 that the save operation has failed. This has fixed.

How can you connect to an IBM i using SSL in iSphere. I cannot get this working. I have been able to use it to connect a machine that is not using SSL. I can get the standalone TN5250 to connect to the machine using SSL, but not the iSphere plugin.

Currently we have no box which provides SSL. Therefore i cannot test this. I will put SSL support on our ToDo list. When iSphere can provide this feature i will post a new thread.
