Conditional break points rel 9.5

How can I make a break point conditional, e.g. break on line 2400 when item# = 12345. When I right click on a break point in the break point view and select edit breakpoint, I get this window

I don't see anywhere to specify a condition based on variable values. Most of the documentation I've seen on line is for releases earlier than 9.5, which we have

you put it into the expression field on the second screen.
