I upgraded WDSC 7 to fix pack 6. When I did this it broke my web apps. It can't find some of my Java classes now, and its really pissing me off. If I don't change anything, then an upgrade should @#%@#%@#%@#% out on me like this. If I can't figure it out in the next hour and a half I'll have to get on the horn with IBM to figure out why they screwed the pooch.

Re: Anybody upgrade to fix pack 6 yet???
i did the upgrade but i'm not doing any Java programming so.....
create a new workspace and
try copying your workspace into it and opening it instead of your normal workspace and see if that clears it up. sometimes the "fixes" craps out your workspace.I'm not anti-social, I just don't like people -Tommy Holden

The com.ibm.AS400.access.AS400JDBCDriver is gone. I can't connect to our server with it now. It says it can't find it. WHERE DID IT GO?! I'm so pissed. I'm happy that today is almost over so I can call IBM tomorrow after I've had some coffee. GRRRRRR.

Re: Anybody upgrade to fix pack 6 yet???
Ok, right before I left yesterday I got the jars where I needed them. It seems as though fix pack 6 has broken something in their import utility for importing jars into a project. I had this same problem in 6.0, so we had to manually go to the windows file system and copy and paste the jars that were still properly placed in an old project into where they needed to be. This was so @#%@#%@#%@#% frustrating. Also, I just added a couple of jars into the directory that holds the core jars for the jdk. That way it will always find them in the future.
I'm not calling IBM about it because I don't feel like becoming one of their training exercises in how to handle irate customers.
Onward!
