problem on creating PDF with SPL2STMF TIFF2PDF

Hi

i'm tring to run the SPL2STMF and TIFF2PDF to create a PDF in IFS on V6R1;
SPL2STMF FILE(QPQUPRFIL) TOSTMF('/tmp/xsplf.tif') WSCST(QWPTIFFG4) JOB(01
5786/MYUSER/CTR_DISP)
Stream file generated. execution time 0 min 0 sec, total pages = 1
TIFF2PDF TIFF('/tmp/xsplf.tif') PDF('/tmp/xsplf.pdf')
TIFF2PDF completed successfully.

when i tri to open the PDF file i receive this error:
an error ahs occured on thi page. The page could not be correctly displayed. Contact the document auuthor to fix the problem.
Any one can help me to solve this problem ?

P.S the same program in a V5r2 run correctly

P.S. i kwon that in V6R1 i can generate with OS the PDF but i have the program that works with this command and i would not change them
