Upgrading http api

Anyone run into any I gotchas, we are running v 1.23 and looking to go to current 1.28.

I haven't heard of any "gotchas". Obviously, if you modify anything inside it and then install a new version, it may wipe out your modifications... but, that shouldn't be a surprise...
