    Hi,

We have rolled out a number of new windows 7 machines with iAccess V6R1M0. After getting the wrong version, the next installation the up the following error:

    Oddly, the registry does exist.

I don't seem be able get this installed.

    1. How do i get rid of this error.
    2. In case i have the wrong software, where can i grab these from?
    3. What order.. patches etc.

    Many thanks

Admin rights? Interference from AV software?

You might kind the key has no values or data?

I have had something similar and copied the info from a working client.
        Should be something like
        ModificationLevel 0
        Release 1
        Version 6

Try creating these if they don't exist.
If not I'd go with the backup and delete solution suggested by DMW.

Did you run the installing program by right click and select 'Run as Administrator'?
