Adding disks

Hi All,

I have a model 800, with 4 disks in the Cec, I have added 2 further disks to the cec and a 5095 with another 3 in it. I can see all the disks. What would you think is the essiest way to add all the disks to asp1 and have them parity protected.

Hello Richie,
you first should do STRSST, then (depending on your release)

3) Work with disk units
2) Work with disk configuration
4) Include Unit in Parity device protection (if your 4 disks are in RAID5)
(follow further instructions)
After that use 2)Add Units to ASP and select *existing* ASP 1
